Our fundamental family values are shared with all evangelicals and are outlined in the World Evangelical Alliance Confession of Faith. Some specific values that are particularly important to us are:

•  To be bound in loving, committed, family relationships irrespective of age, race, education or social level.
•   Team ministry at all levels of church life in a context of love and mutual service
•  Leaders working in plurality, in mutual submission, being examples in humility and service to others, and being friends as well as colleagues in the ministry
•  All members to be filled with the Spirit and playing a vital role in the body of Christ through their gifts and ministries
•  Development of each individual within the context of the local church
•  Financial integrity, transparency and generosity
•  Godly lifestyle displaying the love of God and honouring  the name of Jesus Christ
•  Sound exposition and application of the Word of God by leaders with practical and theological training
• To be active in mission and church planting
•  To be engaged in social action towards the poor and weak
